Both sides are coated with durable nonstick for easy food release and effortless cleanup. The grill/griddle measures 19-1/2 by 11 inches and spans two burners--perfect for family-size meals. The grill/griddle has handles on two corners with holes to facilitate hanging on a hook or peg, and each side has a well to hold draining grease. The grill/griddle won't rust or warp, and washes up quickly in soapy water. It carries a 10-year warranty against defects.
